We process your information in the following ways: Your information is stored on Mail Chimp and protected by a two-step password and code generated security system. We also store your contact details on our accounting software, QuickBooks, which is also password protected. We store your information her to invoice you for products or services you have purchased with us.
Data retention period: We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
Sharing your information: We do not share your information with third parties

The reason we use this basis: We ask your consent to use your contact details via your preferred method of contact. These details are held on our Accounting Software and used to contact you with invoice details, for the delivery of art works, gift vouchers, etc., if required. This can be altered by you at any time. We also store your contact details on QuickBooks if you have had or intend to have services from either workshops a commission or a purchase of art works. An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users. The EMS Naomi Jacques Ltd uses is MailChimp.
Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.
